CA Ritul Patwa is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a post qualification in Information Systems Audit (ICAI). Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2001, he is the founder partner of M/s. Ritul Patwa & Co, Chartered Accountants with a post qualification in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Law Graduate.

His key focus area are Direct & Indirect Taxes Litigation, Representation Service and Policy Formation, with a special focus on new tax laws like GST and helping the industry in areas where there is lack of clarity on the Tax Matters by representing their case before the Government and getting the necessary relief.

CA Ritul Patwa is closely working with several MNCs in implementing their India Centric tax compliances. He is also working with several Trade Associations for representing there problems and concerns in front of the government and has been successful in getting resolution to few critical tax issues of the industry. He is regularly taking Webinars, Conferences and Training Sessions for GST Implementation for the Industry Participants.

CA Anita Bharadwaj is an Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Master of Commerce from MDS University, Ajmer. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2012, she is Partner of M/s. Ritul Patwa & Co, Chartered Accountants since 2013.

Her focus area of working is Audit and Assurance Services,  Indirect Taxes and New Business Establishment. With her unique ability in analyzing the client’s business structure and understanding of critical tax issues, she has an expertise in guiding the client for effective and efficient management of their Compliance. She is closely working with several industries and MNCs for their Indirect Tax related matters and representation in the department on behalf of the client.

CA Anita Bharadwaj is an active participant in conferences and meetings organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has a deep understanding on the complexities of Accounting Issues and Auditing processes.

CA Deepak Kumar Jain is an Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. After Completing his articleship from M/s. Ritul Patwa and Co, Chartered Accountants and being Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2016, he joined the Firm M/s. Ritul Patwa & Co, Chartered Accountants as a Partner since his qualification in the year 2016.

He is serving the profession with proficiency in Tax Litigation, Audit and Assurance Services, and GST as his core area of working. He is also dealing with matters related Corporate Taxation, New Business establishment, ROC Compliances, TDS issues and other state and central government departments, with a penchant of ensuring timely delivery to the clients. He is regularly appearing before government authorities on taxation related matters.

CA Deepak Kumar Jain has given updates and articles on issues related to Value Added Tax, GST and other related matters. He keeps a track of latest developments in Taxation, Legal and Economic environment with quick bite of updates for our clients.
